When it comes to medical imaging, we provide services and protocols, including outreach and in-service programs to enhance convenience for your practice and patients. As you may know, we are the newest diagnostic imaging center providing the latest technology in MRI, CT Scan, Mammography, Breast MRI, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, and general x-ray. Our technology features digital film, which is computer enhanced for the greatest possible accuracy. We are dedicated to being the leader in response time, meeting the demands of your patients busy schedules and making their films available for your review in 24 hours or less. In-Service Training We offer in-service training for staff members. This training includes protocol for referring patients, overview of modalities and technology, patient pre-testing requirements and insurance issues. We can schedule this training over breakfast or lunch so as not to interfere with your patient schedule, or at another time convenient to your staff. Responsiveness We normally send reports the same day of the scheduled testing. Quick Appointment Times for Your Patients We typically schedule appointments within 72 hours and in case of an emergency, generally on the same day. To expedite the process, we recommend that you contact us for an appointment while your patient is still in your office. In this way, we can ensure that any specific needs, requirements, either on your part, you patient's or ours, are addressed immediately to avoid any delays. As well you can fax your paitent's order. YMRC Physician Film File We have developed a film review service to make it more convenient for you to review patient film. PMI now has a film file and viewing light box located in the radiology department of Yavapai Regional Medical Center. Your patients' film will be stored at YRMC for a period of 72 hours post-patient diagnostic service. Many doctors have told us that with their busy schedules, having a film file located at the hospital would be of great benefit as it saves time in allowing them to review patient film while conducting their hospital rounds. We hope that you will agree and find this program beneficial to you as well. Facility Tours We will be more than happy to schedule a personalized tour of our facility for you and your staff. Tours can be scheduled after hours, or on weekends to accommodate your schedule. Brochures and Appointment Cards We can provide a supply of brochures, refferal forms and appointment cards, complete with directions on how to get to PMI, for your patients. We can also provide a small counter-top rack at your request. Open Door Policy - Direct Physician Contact At PMI we are always interested in hearing from you, whatever the issues may be. Feedback is highly valued and will assist us in providing the best possible experience for your and your patients.
